Most orders are prepared for shipping within one or two business days of receipt. In some cases, products may not be ready to ship for up to four business days, depending on Young Living inventory levels and/or the shipping method required for each product. This processing time is in addition to the actual shipping/delivery time frames.

When you place an order, we normally calculate shipping costs depending on the order total amount. Except in the event of periodic shipping promotions, shipping charges for orders under $75.00 is $7.95 for standard shipping and $12.95 for expedited shipping. On orders over $75.00, we run a promotion that changes shipping costs: standard shipping is free, and expedited shipping is $5.00.

Additional shipping charges are added to heavier products such as Ningxia Red and Thieves Household Cleaner due to their weight. These are reflected in your shopping cart upon checkout. Also, at times, we may need to contact if you the weather deems a specific shipping method is necessary as in the summer months and your order contains a prodcut that needs to be kept cool.

When will I receive my package?

While we do everything we can to ship your package within 24 hours and then we are reliant upon the shipping method to get your package to you as soon as possible. Some packages are shipped from our Palatine Illinois office and some packages are drop-shipped directly from Young Living’s shipping warehouse. There are some times that the processing and packaging times take longer than expected, especially when it is out of our hands. Young Living may take an additional 1-3 days to process an order and get the package to the carrier. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We usually ship via USPS Priority Mail as this is both cost-effective and the quickest method for smaller packages. On larger orders, we may use Fedex or UPS services.

While we try to provide the best shipping solution possible for our customers so they can receive their product as quickly and securely as possible, we almost always lose money on shipping. Patience is appreciated since we cannot control how fast the shipping services deliver the packages.

If an expedited package takes longer than expected to receive, please contact us so that we can review the issue and reconcile with you, if needed.
